Permit are required for personal/privately owned golf cars being operated on grounds during the Finals.
Permits are for golf cars only and are available in limited quantity. No ATVs, side-by-sides, UTVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, go-carts, crickets, scooters, etc. allowed.
Note: Submitting a permit request does NOT guarantee a permit will be issued. Certain requirements must be met first. A brief summary of requirements is listed below. Full details will be listed on the Checkout page as well as in the attachment to the email confirmation sent upon successfully submitting a permit request.
*Signatures on all rules.
*Permanent and working headlights and taillights.
*Proof of ownership.
*Pictures.
*Minimum $100,000 liability insurance naming the golf car as the insured vehicle, and NHSRA, Dever Inc., Iowa State Fair, and Iowa State Fair Police as additional insured parties.
